MYFURNISHING SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through MyFurnishing Digital Market (“MyFurnishing”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”). MyFurnishing operates as a multi-vendor digital marketplace connecting customers with independent furniture and home décor suppliers.

1. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

All products listed on MyFurnishing are shipped and delivered directly by the respective supplier. MyFurnishing does not own, store, pack, or deliver any products.

2. DELIVERY AREAS

Suppliers may offer delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain or to specific regions, as clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery timelines are estimated and determined by suppliers. Standard delivery is typically completed within five to seven (5–7) working days unless otherwise agreed between the supplier and the customer. Custom-made, made-to-order, or imported items may require extended delivery timelines.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping fees are determined by the supplier and may vary based on product size, weight, delivery location, or special handling requirements.

5. INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLY

Installation or assembly services, if available, are defined by the supplier and may be offered free of charge or at an additional cost.

6. DELIVERY SCHEDULING

Delivery coordination is managed directly between the supplier and the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details and ensuring site accessibility.

7. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers are advised to inspect all products upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage or discrepancies to the supplier.

8. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

MyFurnishing shall not be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or force majeure events. Any compensation, refunds, or remedies arising from supplier-related delays shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier.

9. FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

Failed deliveries resulting from customer unavailability, incorrect information, or access issues may incur additional charges as determined by the supplier.

10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

MyFurnishing acts solely as a digital marketplace platform and shall not be liable for delivery, installation, damage, compensation, or transit-related issues.
